Our Board Members
Jeffrey Gill is the Founder and lead Trial Attorney at the Gill Law Firm. Mr. Gill began his career serving in the military as an Intelligence Analyst responsible for processing tactical and strategic data to support military operations. After his tour, he completed his Juris Doctorate and immediately launched into a successful and passionate legal career. Mr. Gill began his ‘residency’ as a defense attorney in a medical malpractice firm. From there he moved into prosecution, knowing better the thought processes of the other side. Today he prides his work and his practice on holding corporations accountable to the American people through litigation on a level playing field. Mr. Gill’s passion doesn’t stop in the court room, it radiates through his entire life including working with youth fitness education programs, angel investment opportunities, as well as personal training and competing in multiple triathlons. There is one guarantee that Mr. Gill will always deliver: dedicated determination
Scott is a Dedicated Christian and Registered Professional Engineer. Scott is currently serving as the Public Works Director for the City of Buckeye. Scott has served on the Board of Directors since 2012. Married to Marita, Scott has three girls, who have blessed them with five wonderful grandchildren.
Ben Hartley works state of Arizona Department of Health Services as a Registered Dietitian. Specializing in employee training for the Arizona WIC program, Ben enjoys applying the best evidence-based recommendations for nutrition, physical activity, and developmental changes for women throughout pregnancy, for infants, and children. As a dietitian Ben supports Natalie's House by approving menu plans and addressing any special dietary concerns. Ben and his wife Sara are Goodyear residents who most enjoy their church family and wild neighbors: quail, hummingbirds, and burrowing owls.
Dexter is a retired property appraiser from the Maricopa County Assessor's Office. In addition Dexter is a Bible Bowl coach, Bible group study leader as well as a husband and father for three great young adults.
After 39 years of federal government service with the Department of Veterans Affairs Grace retired in July, 2010. Since then, Grace has become (and remained) actively involved in five different non-profit organizations, including Natalie's House. Grace loves helping each fulfill their individual mission. Grace also particularly enjoy fundraising and event planning.
Rebecca Argano serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Natalie's House. Rebecca fell in love with the idea of helping others when she was chairman for her church's Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack event several years ago. Since then, Rebecca has been involved in organizing various events for charitable organizations in the West Valley area. Her love for her own children fuels her passion to help the girls at Natalie's House.
Executive Director, RN, MN Janet Olson:
Founder and Executive Director of APECA. Janet has considerable experience in multiple aspects of nursing practice. Janet has a strong background in education and advocacy, focusing on all aspects of sexual trauma, exploitation, abuse and self-injury. Janet is a recipient of the 2009 Hon Kachina Volunteer Award.
